Chervil is a widely used culinary herb, which is related to parsley and has established itself as a staple in the kitchen and a traditional herb in French cuisine. It produces flat, light-green, lacy leaves with a trace of anise, to improve the flavor of chicken, fish, vegetables, eggs, and salads.

Bioflavonoids, which support the body in numerous ways, including vitamin C absorption, are abundant in Chervil. It helps with slow digestion. It can be used as a calming eyewash when made as tea. According to reports, the entire plant can soothe hiccoughs.

How to store: Take the fresh Chervil leaves off their stems. Wash and dry the leaves with a paper towel or a salad spinner. Wrap these leaves in a dry paper towel and put them inside a plastic bag. The leaves can be preserved in this way for 1-2 weeks.
